This catalogue collects a sample of the hundreds of works preserved in the Fontilles Medical Library. The works were selected on the basis that they were written by authors linked to the sanatorium or because they are relevant to the history of leprosy in Spain. These include some subject to the rights derived from the Intellectual Property Law. The Fontilles Foundation has attempted to locate the owners, heirs or successors of the authors, to no avail. If any BVMC user learns of the existence of the holders of these rights, please contact us or the Fontilles Foundation itself so we can make any corresponding authorisation requests.
